How do i create a highlight video?

im creating a highlight video of football, but i dont know how to create


a marker, like a highlight marker on the player thats moving, how do u edit the videos and create a marker on the player?How do i create a highlight video?
Without professional grade video editing software, you'll have to do if frame by frame. You have to ';extract'; each frame and treat it as an individual photo, highlight the player, then re-inserting into your video.


You might want to see if Roxio Creator has some features like that. Otherwise, use Adobe's Flash / Photoshop combination. Those two work fantastic together.
