A video editor? Sure... Your computer may already have one... But you did not tell us what camera or camcorder you are using and you did not tell us which computer you are using.
Windows XP (SP2 or newer) and Vista have MovieMaker bundled. Macintosh OSX has iMovie bundled.
Assuming you can get the video files onto your computer... and the video editor can recognize them... but we have no way to know this.I want to create a high school highlight film/video?
